Gerald Ganzger has been active as a lawyer since the late 1980s and has made a name for himself as a media lawyer, conflict solver and expert on Litigation PR. He is a founding partner of LANSKY, GANZGER + partner and is known beyond the borders of Austria for legal representation in “prominent cases of public interest” (Chambers 2017). Domestic and international industry rankings regularly rank the attorney at the top of their ratings (Format / Trend, Chambers, Legal 500). Far away from the media limelight, Gerald Ganzger advises well-known companies and public institutions in their economic life. His clients include banks, property developers, energy and infrastructure service providers, gambling companies, media and publishing houses, Telecommunication and Internet providers as well as state-related facilities. He is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Vienna for media law. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Gerald Ganzger advocates the development of trade relations in Austria, for example as a delegate of ITKAM (Austrian Desk of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Germany). Gerald Ganzger is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Vienna (Dr. iur.) And is admitted to the bar in Vienna and Bratislava.
